Collaborate with the sales team to support government projects.
Analyze the requirements of government agencies and propose suitable products or solutions.
Design system architecture (Solution Design) for IT infrastructure projects.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), proposals and bidding documentation.
Present technical information to government officials in a clear and compliant manner.
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
Prepare technical documents including TORs, detailed specifications, Q&A responses, and proposals.
Review and ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and public procurement standards (e.g., e-GP).
Support the sales team and management in bid submissions and participate in TOR clarification meetings.
Prepare project acceptance documents, reports, and handover materials following deal closure.
Government Liaison
Coordinate with government agencies, project officers, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Open support tickets with vendors and follow up until resolution.
Provide technical guidance and respond to inquiries from government officials in accordance with regulations and procedures.
Technical & Knowledge Development
Keep up to date with new technologies in Infrastructure, Virtualization, Security, Storage, Backup, and Data Center.
Study government procurement market trends to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, or Solutions.
Knowledge in the following areas is a plus: Virtual Machines/Hypervisors, Servers & Storage, Security/Firewalls, Databases, Backup Solutions, and Data Center Infrastructure.
Ability to explain technical information clearly to end users or government agencies.
Experience in preparing specifications, TORs, or government bidding documents is a plus.
Strong skills in technical presentations in collaboration with the Sales team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to handle ad-hoc technical issues.
Willingness to travel to government sites when required.
Knowledge of e-GP systems or government procurement procedures is an advantage.
