Element Group Holdings (EGH) has expanded its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts through a recent partnership with the Pankan Society, a social enterprise dedicated to transforming pre-loved items into educational and developmental support for underprivileged children. The initiative reflects EGH’s commitment to sustainable community development and aligns with the company’s broader environmental and social objectives.
Employees from across the organization contributed a wide selection of gently used items—including clothing, books, toys, and household goods which were delivered to the Pankan Society for repurposing and resale. Proceeds generated from these items will help fund educational programs and community-based initiatives targeting marginalized youth.

“This collaboration underscores our belief in creating meaningful impact through responsible action,” an EGH representative said. “By partnering with the Pankan Society, we are able to support a model that not only benefits children in need but also promotes sustainable consumption and waste reduction.”
The Pankan Society’s circular model extends product lifecycles and minimizes environmental footprint while channeling resources directly to underserved communities. The initiative also encouraged EGH employees to reflect on their consumption habits and engage more actively in sustainability-oriented activities.
