We are looking for a high-performing pre- and Post Sales Support who has technical and payment domain knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, present technical solutions, and demonstrate how our solution can meet their business needs.
End-to-end management of payment solutions implementation from project Kick-off through to live processing
Support merchants with integration and testing
Support the Sales team with responding to RFP/ RFI
Collaborate with the team to identify, troubleshoot and find resolutions for technical problem
Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide expertise on the functions of the platform and how it will be a solution to their client's problems
Participate in Collaborate with field sales teams to participate in various lead-generating activities and marketing activities including attending events for the solutions, developing reference customers, competitive positioning and analysis
Prepare and deliver system demonstrations in support of sales cycles.
Qualifications:
Experienced in technical Pre-Sales & Implementation preferably in payment gateway or fintech space
Experience working with APIs
Experience working with Enterprise Merchants in a Technical Pre-Sales and or Implementation capacity.
A self-starter with the ability to work proactively within an indirect supervision environment will also be required
Strong team-working skills to pull together necessary resources to deliver what is required for our customers
