Key Responsibilities:
- Present the company’s products or services to clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements with clients.
- Prepare sales documents and proposals for client presentation.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide after-sales support, handle customer complaints or issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up on payments, coordinate with clients and the accounting department to ensure payments are received according to the agreed terms.
Qualifications:
- Female, 22-35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly welcome.
- Experience in the IT Sales industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
