Pre-Sales Engineer (Government Project Support)

Key Responsibilities:
Present the company’s products or services to clients.
Negotiate sales terms and agreements with clients.
Prepare sales documents and proposals for client presentation.
Analyze data and prepare reports for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide after-sales support, handle customer complaints or issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on payments, coordinate with clients and the accounting department to ensure payments are received according to the agreed terms.
Qualifications:
Female, 22-35 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field.
Fresh graduates are highly welcome.
Experience in the IT Sales industry is an advantage.
Ability to work well under pressure, with strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
