Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cross-border payments space, including B2B, B2C, and remittance channels.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Build strong relationships with banks, payment service providers, fintech partners, and merchants.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitive landscape, regulatory trends, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and contracts for new clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of payment solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, remittance, or international money transfer products.
- A strong network in the fintech/payments ecosystem is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
