Business Development Manager - Cross Border

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cross-border payments space, including B2B, B2C, and remittance channels.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Build strong relationships with banks, payment service providers, fintech partners, and merchants.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior management.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitive landscape, regulatory trends, and emerging technologies.
Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and contracts for new clients and partners.
Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of payment solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, remittance, or international money transfer products.
A strong network in the fintech/payments ecosystem is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
