Job Summary

This role serves as the central coordination and operational support hub for the company’s Payment Gateway business in Thailand. The primary objective is to relieve the Department Head of day-to-day operational and product coordination workload.

The Coordinator acts as a supporting arm—handling data preparation, documentation, scheduling, follow-ups, and partner communication on routine matters—so the Department Head can fully focus on high-level strategy, partnership development, and product roadmap planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations & Transaction Support:
  • Assist the merchant support team with daily payment transaction inquiries.
  • Coordinate with banks and non-bank partners to verify transaction statuses.
  • Systematically track, investigate, and resolve "Unmatched" transaction issues.
  • Collect and summarize operational pain points to propose long-term preventive solutions with the Department Head.

2. Partner Management & Commercial Support:
  • Assist the Department Head in preparing for and participating in commercial meetings with bank and non-bank financial institution partners, following up on discussions.
  • Responsible for the initial organization, data entry, and workflow of partner agreements and related commercial documents; coordinates legal review and follows up on the signing process.

3. Product & Project Coordination:
  • Support schedule and coordinate kick-off meetings between internal technical teams and partner technical teams.
  • Support define and track integration implementation timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Support organize Product Handover meetings to inform internal stakeholders (Sales/BD, Marketing, Compliance) about new payment methods ready for launch.
  • Support manage merchant onboarding submissions to request MIDs for card and wallet payments.
  • Support internal product initiatives such as Link Payment and Shopify Integration as assigned.

4. Technical Support Bridge
  • Serve as the coordination bridge between foreign technical teams (Russia) and Thai partners.
  • Filter, interpret, and communicate technical issues related to banks and non-bank partners.
  • Track issue resolution status and close the loop with all relevant stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets to track the commercial progress status of each product.
  • Regularly report project progress and outstanding issues to the Department Head.

Qualifications

  • ·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (both internal and external).
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture while handling multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Good command of English – able to read, write, and speak to coordinate with international technical teams and understand English contracts/documents.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and MS Office.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge or experience in Payment Gateway, Banking, Fintech, or E-commerce.
  • Experience coordinating with financial institutions or banks.
  • Basic understanding of payment systems (Card Scheme, Wallet, Bank Transfer).
  • Negotiation experience is NOT required – this is a pure support role.

A skilled coordinator will:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Reduce errors and delays caused by divided attention.
  • Free up the Department Head to focus on high-level commercial negotiations, product strategy, and team leadership.
