- Performance Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition (Google Search Focus)
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns
- Manage multiple ad accounts and allocate budget based on ROI
- Execute keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and call tracking
- Optimize performance based on CPL, CPA, and revenue
- Implement practical local SEO strategies
- Optimize service and location-based pages
- Monitor performance via GA4 and Search Console
- Improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Develop retargeting strategies (Google & Meta)
- Focus on lead quality, not just lead volume
- Track performance from leads to revenue
- Deliver performance insights with clear recommendations
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads (Search) experience
- Proven background in lead generation and paid acquisition
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, and revenue attribution
- Proficient in GA4, Search Console, and conversion tracking
Preferred: Experience with local service businesses, multi-brand environments, external partners, and Meta retargeting.
