Pre & Post Sales Support (Fintech)

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations, system demos, and technical consultations to prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in developing responses for RFPs/RFIs, technical documentation, and proposal materials.
  • Collaborate with sales on lead-generation activities, merchant visits, partner events, and industry exhibitions.
Implementation & Integration
  • Manage end-to-end implementation for payment solutions from kick-off to go-live, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support merchants with API integration, sandbox testing, UAT, and troubleshooting during onboarding.
  • Provide technical guidance on platform functionality and how the solution aligns with client needs.
Post-Sales Support
  • Serve as a key contact for merchants after onboarding, ensuring smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.
  • Work with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure ongoing satisfaction and system stability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical pre-sales, post-sales, or implementation—preferably in payment gateway, fintech, or digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of API integration, web technologies, and system testing workflows.
  • Experience working with enterprise merchants or large corporate clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with sales, merchants, and technical teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects or integrations simultaneously.
