Pre - Post Sales Support (Fintech)

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Deliver product presentations, system demos, and technical consultations to prospective clients.
Support the sales team in developing responses for RFPs/RFIs, technical documentation, and proposal materials.
Collaborate with sales on lead-generation activities, merchant visits, partner events, and industry exhibitions.
Implementation & Integration
Manage end-to-end implementation for payment solutions from kick-off to go-live, ensuring timely delivery.
Support merchants with API integration, sandbox testing, UAT, and troubleshooting during onboarding.
Provide technical guidance on platform functionality and how the solution aligns with client needs.
Post-Sales Support
Serve as a key contact for merchants after onboarding, ensuring smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.
Work with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure ongoing satisfaction and system stability.
Qualifications:
Experience in technical pre-sales, post-sales, or implementation—preferably in payment gateway, fintech, or digital commerce.
Strong understanding of API integration, web technologies, and system testing workflows.
Experience working with enterprise merchants or large corporate clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with sales, merchants, and technical teams.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects or integrations simultaneously.
